Platform Terms of Service
1. What this platform is
Transfer.360 (the "Platform") is a software service operated by Dot360 that lets independent transport operators (each, an "Operator") publish a public booking page at a unique URL on this domain. When you book a transfer through the Platform you are entering a transport contract with the Operator — not with us. The Platform never operates vehicles, hires drivers, or provides transport services.
2. Acceptance
By using the booking page you accept these Terms and the Operator's own terms (linked in the footer of their booking page). If you do not accept either, do not proceed.
3. Who is responsible for what
- The Operator is responsible for: vehicle condition, driver conduct, insurance, pickup punctuality, route choice, the price they charge, refunds, cancellations, complaints handling.
- The Platform is responsible for: keeping the booking page available, transmitting your booking to the Operator correctly, processing the card payment via Stripe Connect (when applicable), preserving the integrity of the pricing you saw at quote time.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are set by the Operator and shown to you in the wizard. When you pay by card, the charge is processed by Stripe and settles directly to the Operator's Stripe account; we do not handle or hold your money. We may take a platform fee from the Operator (not from you) on each successful booking; the price you see is the price you pay.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rules are defined by the Operator in their own terms. Refunds (when due) are issued by the Operator through Stripe; the funds return via the same card.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit fraudulent bookings, evade the captcha, attempt to bypass the API authentication, scrape pricing in bulk, or use the Platform to harass an Operator or driver. We may revoke access and report to law-enforcement on evidence of abuse.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. The Platform's liability for any claim relating to your use of the booking page is limited to the platform fee we earned on your booking (typically a few euros). For everything else — service delivery, vehicle issues, driver behaviour, damages — your sole counterparty is the Operator.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes go to the competent courts of Athens, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place you reside in.
9. Contact
Platform owner: Dot360. Email: legal@dot360.io.
This page describes the Platform's terms only. Each Operator has their own terms covering the actual transport service — read them in the footer of the Operator's booking page.
